Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader with exceptional managerial skills and a strong background in sales, specifically within the ACA campaign. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the call center industry.

As a Team Lead, you will be expected to:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a call center environment.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities.
• Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
• Be available to work night shifts.
