Job Description
Prime BPO is seeking Quality Assurance Executive (QA) individuals with excellent verbal communication skills for our international projects and campaigns.
Salary: 45,00 PKR Monthly plus attractive Bonuses/Incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform live call monitoring and provide trend data to management.
- Evaluate customer-interacting departments daily.
- Participate in QA meetings and training.
- Coordinate calibration sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
