Job Description
Prime BPO5 seeks Sr. Customer Service Officers to join our US-night campaign in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. As a Customer Engagement Specialist you’ll handle sales, verification, and closings; required 1+ year US call center sales experience, excellent English, and strong closing and negotiation skills. Night shift; market-competitive salary Rs75,00–Rs200,00 + uncapped bonuses, paid annual leave, career growth, and training available for fresh graduates.
