Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Sales Closer for FE to join our growing call center team. You will play a key role in converting leads into loyal customers through persuasive communication, negotiation, and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales calls and convert leads into paying customers
- Understand customer needs using active listening and effective questioning
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Negotiate effectively to secure deals
- Maintain a positive and professional customer-focused approach Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in FE or closing campaigns
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong sales and negotiation expertise
- Ability to work full-time, on-site
- Age: 22–40 years (preferred)
- Must not be a student or employed elsewhere
