Job Description

Prism Consultants is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role is vital in implementing HR policies and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and selection.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3 years of HR experience; strong communication and organizational skills.
