Job Description
Prism Consulting seeks a Sales Operations Executive for a growing household detergents manufacturer. Coordinate with distributors, field sales, and factory; track sales performance and produce timely reports; support sales planning, order processing, and delivery follow-ups. Ensure targets and timelines are met, maintain accurate records, resolve sales issues, and help improve distributor and field team performance. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of FMCG field sales experience with at least 1 year in sales operations, strong communication and coordination skills, ability to meet deadlines, organized and proactive, and proficient in MS Excel and reporting. Full-time, in-person role at the client site.
