- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and lead quality
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in technology and IT solutions
- Ability to handle cold calling and client outreach confidently
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Upwork, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
