About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales & Service Engineer who will work across both technical support and sales operations. This role involves equipment installation, customer support, lead generation, procurement coordination, tender participation, and sales communication for high-tech industrial, analytical, and scientific equipment.
The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, customer-focused, and comfortable handling both technical tasks and sales responsibilities.
What You’ll Do (Service Side):
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot scientific & analytical equipment
- Provide technical training and on-site support
- Attend service calls and prepare reports
- Generate leads during customer visits
What You’ll Do (Sales Side):
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and sales proposals
- Support procurement of equipment
- Participate in tender processes
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and email communication
- Maintain basic sales records (Excel/Word)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Fresh or 1-year experience in technical/sales roles preferred
Ideal Candidate:

- Comfortable talking to clients and presenting solutions
- Basic Excel, Word, and email proficiency
- Able to travel within Islamabad/Rawalpindi (motorbike preferred)
