Job Description
Progatix seeks a Customer Support Executive to deliver technical and functional assistance for our ERP solutions. You will troubleshoot ERP issues, guide users on accounting, finance, and inventory modules, document tickets, coordinate with Development, QA, and Implementation teams, and conduct product demos and training. Required: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; 1–3 years in ERP or business software support; strong accounting knowledge; excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills; proficiency in MS Office and support ticket systems. Preferred: experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; basic SQL; prior IT/software support experience. Full-time, on-site role.
