Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with experience in the fintech or BPO sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and data security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update financial data, customer information, and transaction records into company databases with high accuracy
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy before entry, identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Process high volumes of data within specified timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and customer information
- Generate reports and extract data as required by management or other departments
- Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
- Follow established data entry procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all data entry activities
