Job Description
AMG Technologies is looking for a Senior Trainer to support our Medicare and ACA Campaign. You will train call center agents on product knowledge, policies, and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Training agents on Medicare and ACA.
- Developing and updating training materials.
- Monitoring performance and providing feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with service standards.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of Medicare and ACA, training experience, and excellent communication skills.
