Job Description
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Korangi Industrial Area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle concerns for cost centre drivers.
- Prepare accurate job estimates and repair orders.
- Coordinate daily workflow among drivers, mechanics, and parts suppliers.
- Advise drivers on repair options and maintenance plans.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain detailed service records and manage the workshop.
- Ensure quality work and high driver satisfaction through clear communication.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certification in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in a service advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
