Job Description
Job Summary:
As a HATI (Hospital Management) Implementation Specialist at Pukat Digital Pvt Ltd, you will serve as a vital link between our innovative healthcare IT solutions and the healthcare providers we support. You will manage the HATI system’s implementation, from initial planning and configuration through training and post-launch assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train end-users and support during go-live.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration and troubleshooting.
- Lead and coordinate HATI system implementations on client sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience in software/system implementation preferred.
