Job Description

We seek a proactive, customer-focused Online Customer Support Executive. Handle calls, WhatsApp and online inquiries; provide service, pricing and AMC info; schedule technicians; prepare quotes, invoices and job cards via ERP; support inquiry-to-service, follow-ups, renewals and calm complaint resolution. Requirements: 1–2 years in support/call center/sales coordination, strong English (Arabic a plus), WhatsApp support experience, ERP familiarity. Full-time, in-person. Salary Rs35,00–40,00/month.
