Job Description
Pure Aqua Trading w.l.l is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Online Sales and Support Specialist to manage Bahrain customer communication, WhatsApp calls/messages, ERP tasks (invoices, job cards, quotations, receipts), AMC management, daily work schedules, and coordination with field technicians. Responsibilities include following up with clients and leads, converting online inquiries into sales, handling complaints, and tracking job progress. Candidates should have customer support or online sales experience, strong English communication, basic ERP/CRM knowledge, multitasking ability, coordination and problem-solving skills. Full-time, in-person position. Pay: Up to Rs40,00 per month.
