Job Description
Pure Aqua Trading w.l.l seeks an energetic Sales Representative to manage customer interactions, support sales operations, and coordinate daily tasks with field technicians. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp communication with Bahrain customers, using ERP for invoices, quotations, job cards and receipts, managing AMCs, scheduling jobs, following up leads online, converting inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining job records. Requirements: experience in customer service or online sales, strong English communication, basic ERP/CRM knowledge, multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving. Full-time, on-site.
