Job Description
We are Qadri Group of Companies seeking a dedicated Performance Management Specialist to develop and manage our Performance Management System (PMS). You will collaborate with department heads to ensure KPIs align with business goals, effectively conduct PMS cycles, and deliver training sessions on PMS processes.
Key responsibilities include analyzing performance trends, suggesting improvement plans, and maintaining transparency in evaluations across all departments. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
This full-time position is located at Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.
