Job Description
Qadri Group of Companies seeks a proactive, disciplined Team Lead Administration to manage all administrative functions at our Head Office. Key duties include office maintenance and housekeeping; coordination of furniture, repairs, and utilities (LESCO/PTCL); transportation and fleet oversight with fuel and maintenance cost control; fire safety equipment procurement and budgeting; canteen contractor management; and staff hiring, training, shift planning, and conflict resolution. Requires a B.Com/BBA or equivalent, 3–4 years’ administration experience with fleet and staff management focus, and strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills. Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore, Pakistan. Job Type: Full-time, In person.
