Job Description
We are seeking 9 individuals for the position of Urdu/Punjabi Customer Support Representative at Qasim Developers Tech Limited. Applicants should have basic knowledge about customer handling.
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 10 PM and 5 PM to 12 AM.
Key Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and maintaining product knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
