Job Description
Quality Aviation is hiring a Travel Consultant. You will handle domestic and international bookings (air, hotels, tours), advise clients on travel options, fares, schedules, and visa requirements, manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds, and coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors. Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 1–2 years’ experience as a travel consultant, knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred), strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, basic visa and travel regulation knowledge, and MS Office/email proficiency. Full-time, in-person position. Pay: Rs40,00–Rs50,00 per month.
