We are seeking experienced Recruiters with a strong background in U.S. recruitment. The ideal candidate will handle the entire recruitment cycle, collaborating with department managers to fulfill hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Create job postings and recruitment materials.
- Source candidates from various channels.
- Shortlist resumes and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate hiring processes with managers.
- Maintain records of open positions.
Requirements: Proven U.S. recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with ATS.
