Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our air freight operations. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily air freight and sea operations.
- Negotiate competitive rates with airline carriers.
- Ensure compliance with customs and regulations.
- Monitor KPIs and resolve operational issues.
Experience Required: 2 years in Ocean Freight, 2 years in Air Freight, 5 years in Freight Forwarding.
