Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients through calls and in-person meetings, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Your responsibilities include providing shipment updates, answering service questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing and a minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in logistics, are required. Location: Beaumont Plaza, Karachi. Female candidates only. This is a full-time position.
