Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong English reading and writing skills, and will be responsible for daily coordination with customers, providing updates, and sending status reports.
The Operations Assistant will ensure customer retention and support sales and accounts departments as needed, as well as follow-up on carriers and consignments. We welcome fresh graduates with a BBA/MBA in Marketing, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
