Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is hiring an Operations Executive (Export) based at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad. You will coordinate flight bookings with airlines and customers, liaise with stakeholders, provide web shipment status updates, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure professional, empathetic support. Know our services thoroughly, answer inquiries, record interactions, comments, and complaints, and provide feedback to improve customer service efficiency. Qualifications: BBA or MBA (Marketing). Experience: Fresh to 6 months. Job Type: Full-time, in person. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude are required.
