Job Description
RAQBAH PROPERTIES seeks a Project Architect experienced in classical/neo-classical luxury homes for DHA Lahore. Lead design from concept to execution for 1 & 2 Kanal houses: produce working drawings, 3D elevations, and construction documents; coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams; perform site visits; manage client approvals, timelines, and quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture (PCATP preferred), 3–5+ years in luxury residential design, strong classical portfolio, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, excellent design sense and knowledge of DHA by-laws.
