Job Description
Onsite | Night Shift | Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad.
As a Sales Representative , you’ll be responsible for lead generation, pitching services to international clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This is an individual contributor role in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Pitch services to international clients • Build and maintain client relationships
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B / BPO sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable with night shift & onsite work
