Job Description
We are seeking a smart, presentable, and professional female receptionist to join our team at Rawal Feeds. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Assist with scheduling and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).
