Job Description

We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our team and work on YouTube video content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing and basic to advanced knowledge of AI tools used in modern content creation.

This role is perfect for someone who understands YouTube editing styles, pacing, storytelling, and can use AI to speed up and improve the editing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube videos (long-form & short-form)
• Cut, trim, and arrange clips with proper pacing
• Add text, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music
• Improve video quality (color correction, audio cleanup)
• Use AI tools for:
• Auto subtitles / captions
• Script assistance or enhancements
• Background removal, voice cleanup, or visuals
• Follow YouTube content trends and editing styles
• Deliver projects on time and accept feedback positively

Requirements

• Proven experience in YouTube video editing
• Knowledge of editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (any)
• Basic to good knowledge of AI tools for video editing
• Understanding of YouTube formats, thumbnails, and viewer retention
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred (Plus Point)

• Experience with YouTube automation or content channels
• Knowledge of Shorts/Reels editing
• Familiar with AI tools like auto-captioning, voice enhancement, or visual generation
