Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Ecommerce Sales Executive to join our team at Real Beauty. This role involves managing customer calls post-order placement to confirm details and encourage add-on purchases. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Urdu for calls and strong written English skills for chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders and verify delivery addresses.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Encourage upselling and add-on sales during calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Prior experience in telesales or e-commerce is a plus.
Location: Mughalpura, Lahore. Full-time position with a salary range of PKR 30,00 plus incentives.
