Job Description
Real Beauty seeks a full-time Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media. You will provide accurate product information, manage orders, resolve complaints with empathy, and maintain timely, friendly communication. Candidates should have strong English and Urdu skills, 1 to 2 years of customer service (fresh graduates welcome), problem-solving ability, multitasking, and basic skincare knowledge is a plus. We offer basic salary plus commission, a supportive inclusive workplace, and growth opportunities. Salary Rs30,00–Rs35,00 per month. Education: Bachelor’s required. Experience: call representative 2 years required. Location: In person.
