Job Description
Reality One Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team for our premium project located in DHA Phase 6 Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert prospective clients for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research on property trends.
- Organize site visits and client meetings.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
