Job Description

Rech International is seeking a Front Desk Officer for our office located at Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer queries via Calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Handle PABX operations effectively.

Qualifications: Minimum graduate degree, 2 years of front desk experience, presentable, able to work under pressure, age limit: 30 years.
