Job Description
Red Point seeks a responsible Assistant Building Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for managed properties. You will supervise cleaning and maintenance staff, manage apartment check-ins and check-outs, conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs with contractors, monitor tenant issues and ensure prompt resolution, and report daily building activities to management. Requirements: minimum one year in building supervision or facility management, strong communication and leadership, basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge, calm emergency handling, and solid record-keeping. Full-time, on-site position.
