Job Summary: Redex IT Limited is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Executive to oversee ticket resolution, timely reporting, and engineer recruitment. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards in customer satisfaction and field efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Resolve service tickets efficiently, provide monthly updates, assist in engineer recruitment, and improve diagnostics.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field with 1-2 years of IT service delivery experience is required.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
