Job Description
Renove Interiors seeks a full-time Human Resource Manager to lead HR on-site at our Industrial Area I-10/3 Islamabad, Pakistan office. You will manage recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, benefits administration, performance reviews, HR policies, and compliance with labor laws. Collaborate with leadership to shape HR strategy, resolve conflicts, and build a positive workplace. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR or related field, strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, team leadership, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Competitive monthly salary Rs65,00–Rs100,00. On-site position.
