Job Description
We seek a Senior Monitoring and Performance Analyst to lead system monitoring, performance tuning, and data-driven improvements for critical applications. You will design KPIs, build dashboards, and identify bottlenecks to ensure reliable service delivery.
Responsibilities include implementing monitoring strategies, analyzing metrics, troubleshooting incidents, collaborating with engineering teams, and recommending capacity and optimization plans. Strong experience with APM tools, metrics collection, SQL, scripting, and cloud platforms required.
Qualifications: 5+ years in performance analysis, proven problem-solving, excellent communication, and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
