Job Description
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Executives to join our healthcare and medical billing team at REVMED. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Manage job postings and recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records.
- Support onboarding of new hires.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Sciences with a major in Human Resources.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work onsite 9-hour night shifts.
