Job Description
Rexen Consultancy seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and closing deals. You will research markets, run outreach, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions. Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and support marketing-driven lead generation. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or related field, 2–3 years in business development or sales, excellent English communication, strong negotiation, CRM and MS Office proficiency, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on expanding revenue and competitive positioning.
