Job Description
RissoX seeks an experienced, dynamic Live Chat Support Agent for our Fintech team. Full-time, in-person Customer Support role handling live chat interactions, onboarding and refresher training, monitoring transcripts and performance, creating training materials, SOPs, and guidelines aligned with Forex compliance, and collaborating with QA, HR, and Operations to improve CSAT and reduce response time. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance/Communication), 1–2 years chat support experience in Fintech/Forex/Financial Services/BPO, strong understanding of Forex platforms and terminology, excellent written and verbal English, analytical and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; CRM/chat tools (Zendesk/Intercom/Freshdesk) a plus. Pay: Rs40,00–Rs50,00/month.
