Job Description
Riz Solutions, based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives for a UK-based Taxi Company. This position requires working from our office in Soan Gardens.
Responsibilities include answering calls, handling taxi bookings, providing price quotes, and responding to inquiries. Candidates must be punctual, organized, and possess excellent English communication skills. A minimum of two years of call center experience is required.
Night shifts are available, ranging from 08-10 hours a day, with competitive remuneration and overtime.
