Job Description
Riz Solutions in Soan Gardens (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) seeks experienced Taxi Dispatchers for a UK client. In-office only. Answer inbound calls, take airport/local bookings via phone/email/online, enter fares into client software, dispatch jobs, liaise with drivers/clients, handle email/live chat, and maintain brand image. Requirements: fluent English (preferably British), 2+ years call center experience, taxi dispatch preferred, strong multitasking and problem-solving. Night shifts on a rota; 8–10 hour shifts; training provided. Pay Rs70,00–Rs90,00/month. Full/part-time.
