Job Description

Job Title: IELTS Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced IELTS Trainer for NAVTTC-funded classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS training, focusing on all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) and helping students achieve their desired band scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IELTS training according to NAVTTC-approved curriculum
• Teach all four IELTS modules with effective strategies and practice
• Conduct mock tests, assessments, and performance evaluations
• Provide individual feedback and improvement plans to students
• Maintain attendance, progress reports, and required NAVTTC documentation
• Prepare students for both Academic and General IELTS
• Ensure a positive, engaging, and result-oriented learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English
• IELTS Band Score 7.5 or above (with minimum 7.0 in each module preferred)
• IELTS Trainer certification (British Council / IDP preferred)
• 1–3 years of IELTS teaching experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
