Job Description
Robust Support and Solutions is seeking a dedicated Training Assistant for our back office located in Karachi, PECHS, BLOCK 6. This is a night shift position from 8 PM to 5 AM, six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Main responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, optimizing training processes, conducting assessments and interviews, and developing training materials. You will also monitor the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience in training and development or customer support, and be fluent in English. Basic Spanish is preferred.
