Job Description
Robust Support & Solutions is seeking motivated candidates to fill the position of Live Support Specialist at our Karachi office, located in PECHS, BLOCK 6. This full-time role involves working from 10 AM to 7 PM CST (8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan time), 6 days a week.
As a Live Support Specialist, you will manage operational functions, including processing discounts and refunds, conducting inventory audits, and providing technical support. Key qualifications include proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and at least 2 years of customer support experience.
Salary is between Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month.
