Job Description
Robust Support & Solutions is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in PECHS, BLOCK 6. This is an on-site position with a night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Source and screen candidates using recruitment platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain candidate relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in international recruitment.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and MS Excel.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
