Job Description
Royal Aesthetica seeks an energetic Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, convert prospects, and promote our skin and laser aesthetic services. You will make outbound calls, build client relationships, present service offerings, meet sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service to drive retention. Ideal candidates have prior sales experience in aesthetics or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
