Job Description
ROZEE.PK seeks a Group HR Manager to lead HR for a large teaching hospital in Hayat Abad, Peshawar. Full-time role reporting to Director Operations; 8–10 years of HR experience managing 100+ employees, healthcare background preferred. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, HRIS, attendance, performance management, training, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. Competitive salary PKR 400,00–500,00/month with senior leadership exposure in a structured hospital and academic environment.
