Job Title: In-House Sketcher – Hand Embroidery & Adda Work

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled In-House Sketcher who specializes in hand sketches for adda work and embroidery. The ideal candidate must be able to analyze designs from reference images and accurately copy/translate them into embroidery sketches for production.
This role is studio-based and requires close coordination with embroidery and handwork teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create hand embroidery and adda work sketches for client orders.
- Accurately copy and convert designs from reference images into workable sketches.
- Prepare clear, neat, and production-ready sketches for embroidery teams.
- Coordinate with designers and masters to ensure design accuracy.
- Make revisions to sketches as per requirements.
- Maintain consistency and detailing in embroidery patterns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an embroidery / adda work sketcher.
- Strong understanding of hand embroidery techniques.
- Ability to replicate designs from pictures with precision.
- Good sense of detailing, proportion, and layout.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Must be available for in-house work (not remote).
