Job Description
SAFA WORLDWIDE is seeking energetic and fluent English speakers to assist existing mobile phone customers on the O2 network with their contract upgrades. No experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Your responsibilities include making calls to customers whose contracts are ending, understanding their phone usage needs, and helping them sign up for new contracts.
Join us for a rewarding career with a basic salary of Rs55,00 – Rs70,00 plus commissions up to Rs30,00 in a cordial work environment.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (2 PM – 11 PM) and Saturday (3 PM – 9 PM).
